A birthday present , Christmas present , Well done or even just a thank you gift. Enter the name and email address of the recipient and you can also add a message for them - or alternatively - you can have the email sent back to yourself and just issue the voucher code to them. Once the shopping cart receives payment and identifies an order for a gift voucher it will be issued next day via email to the customer. It will then be given a character ID and can be used to make part payment on an order. Vouchers must be used in full in a purchase. To use a voucher simply enter its ID in the gift voucher box in the cart. Once a voucher has been used, it cannot be used again.
